Irish Architecture Foundation & Dublin Docklands – School Bridge Workshop. The Irish Architecture Foundation & Dublin Docklands – School Bridge Workshop is part of Design Week .

Students from a local primary school will explore bridge design in a workshop from The Irish Architecture Foundation in partnership with Dublin Docklands Development Authority. The session starts with observation and discussion about new bridges in the Docklands area, looking at their design and function: What difference do the Docklands bridges make to the city? What are the different shapes and structures for?

Students will work with architect educators Adrian King and Patrick Hunt to create their own bridge designs.

When: Monday 2 November: This session is closed as the participants are from a locally invited school.
